• Chemical reaction with all cementitious based products.
• Excellent performance to extended drying characteristics but also can be used immediately with no performance loss.
Suitable for use on all surfaces including polystyrene.
• Lubricates and cleans without the risk of using acid based products
• Has excellent rust prevention characteristics.
• Has very low odour and zero VOC’s
For maintaining and protecting equipment, first ensure that the surface to be treated is dry and clean: then apply Deactivotor Bio as supplied using a standard hand sprayer or roller.
As a high performance release agent, apply as a thin mist to the formwork. Application rates are in excess of 40m2 per litre. Casting can commence immediately or be delayed for many hours with no loss of performance or quality of finish.
A coverage rate upwards of 40m2 per litre used as supplied, can be achieved however this is dependant on the surface porosity and the material
it is being used on.
DEACTIVATOR Bio is a biodegradoble vegetable based product and although no specific storage requirements are required, the product should
be protected from frost, and containers must be kept sealed after use. The product may require mild agitation before use if stored for more than 6 months.

Due to the low viscosity of Deactivator Bio, it is classified as an Aspiration Hazard & as such may be fatal if swallowed and enters airways.
If swallowed immediate medical attention must be sought. Where contact with skin occurs, the material should be removed with soap and water. If splashes affect eyes, they should be bathed immediately with clean water and if discomfort persists medical attention should be sought.
