Wax Based Coating Solution for Corrosion Protection in Concrete Plant & Formwork
Adoshield Premium is a special blend of corrosion inhibiting agents and petroleum distillates developed to be easy to use, apply and offers maximum protection to metal surfaces where prolonged storage or shipping is envisaged.
Due to the careful selection of waxes within the formulation, the degree of coating adhesion to the surface is excellent.
The advantage is the coating is not readily removed or rubbed away if the plant or formwork is moved or bumped.
Adoshield Premium is non-acidic and is suitable for use on all surfaces.

Adoshield Premium is a special blend of corrosion inhibiting agents and petroleum distillates developed to be easy to use and apply, and offer maximum protection to metal surfaces where prolonged storage or shipping is envisaged.
Preparation: All existing contamination should be carefully removed preferably using ADOCLEAN on hardened concrete. The equipment should then be washed off thoroughly with clean water.
Adoshield Premium is non-acidic and is suitable for use on all surfaces.

ADOSHIELD PREMIUM can be used to treat new and used equipment
Application: For best results objects may be dipped into ADOSHIELD PREMIUM and lightly agitated. However, where this is not practicable then ADOSHIELD PREMIUM should be applied as a single thin coat using a spray, brush, or roller, in a well ventilated area.
Cleaning up: Application equipment and unwanted splashes should be cleaned using RESOKLENS. The material is touch dry within 4 hours at 20°C
Dependent on the surface porosity and ambient temperatures, a typical coverage rate of between 10-12m2 per litre can be achieved.
ADOSHIELD PREMIUM is based in a flammable solvent. Store in a cool, well ventilated area. Keep container tightly closed. Keep away from sources of ignition. Avoid any build-up of electrostatic charge in the immediate area. Ensure that lighting and electrical equipment nearby are not a source of ignition.
Practically unlimited in sealed containers.

The material is non-toxic but should not be ingested. Eyes should be protected from splashes and all reasonable precautions taken to prevent undue exposure.
If eyes are affected by splashes then wash with copious quantities of clean water and seek medical advice.

Adoseal LS is a high performance aliphatic polyurethane resin developed for sealing and protecting porous surfaces. It is a solvent based gloss sealer that has excellent non-yellowing characteristics which means it can be used outdoors. Once dried and cred it creates a highly durable wear layer which is colour free and fully transparent and tack free.
It is a high solids but low viscosity resin which makes it easy to apply. We recommended two coats for most application. A slightly thinned down first coat to ensure full absorption into the substrate and than a second coat as supplied, applied on top. The resulting coating offers a very good water and stain
