Ensure that surface is clean, sound and free from oil, grease or other surface contaminants. Roughen surface by scoring or hammer pecking to form a good key.
Place a quantity of Resin paste about the volume of a golf ball onto a suitable flat board, squeeze out a strip of hardener paste approximately 25mm long and thoroughly mix the two together with a pallet knife or similar to form a smooth uniform colour paste. Immediately after mixing apply material to formwork, leaving slightly proud to allow for sanding.
After 15 to 25 minutes depending upon temperature sanding can be carried out. In cold weather the hardening time will be extended, and it should not be used at temperatures below 5°C.
Tools and equipment should be cleaned with RESOKLENS before the ADOFILL has hardened.
Note ADOFILL forms a non-porous compound. When used to repair a form face which is porous or semi-porous it is advisable to subsequently seal the surface of the form with ADOSEAL. This avoids surface blemishes on concrete due to variations in absorbency of form face.
