EXTRACON DS is a non-hazardous chemical release agent specifically formulated to give easy release of formwork and high quality surface finishes to concrete. Equally suitable for use with form liner systems.

Do not dilute; apply a thin and even coat to clean form for optimum performance. Use spray equipment, brush, swab, roller or squeegee, any excess should be mopped up. For best and most economical performance, application by fine fog spray is recommended. For new unsealed’ timber forms pre-treatment is recommended with a second coat applied prior to use. Appearance: Clear, pale yellow, low viscosity liquid.

Specific Gravity: 0.875 @ 20°C, Flash Point: 80°C, Freezing Point: -50°C

30-40m² litre dependent upon type of form, porosity, texture of surface and ambient temperature.

Store in a cool, well ventilated area. Keep container tightly closed. Keep away from sources of ignition. Avoid any build-up of electrostatic charge in the immediate area. Ensure that lighting and electrical equipment nearby are not a source of ignition.

Practically unlimited in sealed containers.

Prolonged physical contact should be avoided and personal and environmental hygiene encouraged in common with the use of all mould release agents. Where contact with skin occurs, the material should be removed with soap and water. If splashes affect eyes, they should be bathed Immediately with copious quantities of clean water and if discomfort persists, medical attention should be sought without delay.
