Curing Agents.
When concrete cures, the water within the concrete evaporates. If water near the surface evaporates too quickly, the concrete begins to dry at the surface before drying further down. This can cause a weaker surface which results in cracks and dusting.
A concrete curing agent forms a barrier layer over the top of the concrete slab while it cures retaining the water on the surface to prevent it evaporating too quickly. This results in significant improvement on surface dusting, abrasion resistance and a reduction in surface cracking.

Sealers.
Adomast manufactures and supplies an extensive range of high performance polymer coatings for the surface sealing of concrete and other porous masonry surfaces. They are designed to penetrate, seal and protect the surface by forming a tough, durable and chemical resistant barrier layer or film. These coating compounds are based on high performance polyurethane and epoxy resins and they are also available in water and solvented formats.
Sealing is a separate process which adds protection as they are designed specifically to penetrate, seal and protect the surface by forming a tough, durable and chemical resistant barrier layer or film. Adomast manufactures and supplies an extensive range of high performance sealer for concrete and other porous masonry surfaces. A sealer can be applied on old and new concrete.
However, for a new floor, there are products that cure and seal. These are Safecure Sealer and Adocure Sealer, Adocure Sealer Pro and Adocure Sealer PF (for power floated floors.)
