Naturol CR3 is a blend of natural vegetable oils in a new, very low odour solution to create a high performance chemical release agent for all site and precast use, especially for indoor use . It achieves a very high quality concrete finish and is suitable for all modern mould surfaces. Naturol CR3 will aid elimination of blowholes and provide a clean uniform and non-stained surface.
A high concentration release oil that is easily applied and suitable for all types of formwork, even on sealed or unsealed timber in all climatic conditions.
Highly resistant to removal by rain showers or foot traffic.
It is particularly suited for white or fair faced concrete finishes.
Naturol CR3 is a safe, environmentally friendly, readily biodegradable and non-staining product that facilitates easy formwork release. Suitable for indoor and outdoor use.

NATUROL CR3 is a blend of natural vegetable oils in a new, very low odour solution to create a high performance chemical release agent for all site and precast use, especially for indoor use . It achieves a very high quality concrete finish and is suitable for all modern mould surfaces. Naturol CR3 will aid elimination of blowholes and provide a clean uniform and non-stained surface.
- Essentially non-hazardous and biodegradable.
- Suitable for use on all types of formwork and pre-cast mould materials, including polystyrene , GRP, plastic and metal
- It is a suspension and sediment free, highly mobile liquid, which can be used in very fine sprays without clogging the jets.
- Odour Free, even when using a fine fog spray.
- Very economic coverage rates can be obtained without difficulty.
- Retains its mobility at low temperatures.
- It may be applied immediately prior to casting, or treated forms may be left until apparently dry.
- The chemical reaction promotes a uniform, matt, stain free, concrete surface with reduced incidence of blow holes and surface blemishes.
- Continued use gives progressively better results on timber formwork.
- Can be used with grey or white cement.
- Provides a quick, positive release of formwork, reducing labour costs and damage to formwork and moulds.
NATUROL CR3 is ready for use and should not be diluted. It should be applied as thinly and evenly as possible for optimum performance. It can be applied to all types of formwork by spray, fine-haired brush, swab or roller. Any excess should be mopped up. For the best and most economical performance, application by fine fog spray is recommended. It will not clog fine jets even at freezing temperatures For new ‘unsealed’ timber forms pre-treatment is recommended with a second coat applied prior to use
A thin coating spray applied to give a coverage area of between 30 to 40m² per litre (depending upon surface porosity) is recommended. Excessive application of NATUROL CR3 may be detrimental to the concrete surface finish; care should therefore be taken to ensure that NATUROL CR3 is applied as recommended to achieve optimum performance and maximum economy
NATUROL CR3 in manufacturer’s sealed drums requires no special storage facilities. This type of material should be applied in well ventilated areas.
Practically unlimited in sealed containers.

Prolonged physical contact should be avoided and personal and environmental hygiene encouraged in common with the use of all mould release agents. Where contact with skin occurs, the material should be removed with soap and water. If splashes affect eyes, they should be bathed immediately with copious quantities of clean water and if discomfort persists, medical attention should be sought without delay.
