Degreasant
Emulsifiable Solvent Degreaser
A blend of petroleum distillates and selected non-caustic surfactants designed to remove oil, grease, wax, bitumen and other extraneous materials from a variety of surfaces. It is suitable for use on concrete, stone, wood, steel, terrazzo and many other surfaces.
The solubilised contaminants can then be removed easily as an emulsified solution by washing off with water or wiping with a wet cloth.

Remove heavy surface build up and contamination with a scraper. Apply Degreaser to contaminated surfaces using low pressure spray equipment or brush. Allow sufficient time for the product to dissolve contaminants, aided by brushing if necessary, before flushing with water. Heavily contaminated surfaces will need longer and may need a second application.
For light cleaning, Degreaser can be diluted with either water or spirit before use. For terrazzo dilute with water.
When handling Degreaser use impervious gloves and eye protection. If the product is to be spray applied ensure adequate ventilation or wear breathing mask suitable for organic mists and vapours. The product is a powerful degreaser and repeated or prolonged contact will dry out the skin and could lead to dermatitis. Keep away from naked flames and other sources of ignition. Application details should be read in conjunction with our Health and Safety Data.
Physical Properties

On average a coverage rate of 3-5m2 per litre can be achieved and is dependant on the surface porosity.
DEGREASANT is based in a flammable solvent. Store in a cool, well ventilated area. Keep container tightly closed. Keep away from sources of ignition. Avoid any build-up of electrostatic charge in the immediate area. Ensure that lighting and electrical equipment nearby are not a source of ignition.
Practically unlimited in sealed containers.
DEGREASANT is manufactured by Adomast Manufacturing Ltd and shall be applied strictly in accordance with the manufacturers instructions. For specific advice regarding any aspect of this product, please consult our Technical Department
Prolonged physical contact should be avoided and personal and environmental hygiene encouraged. Where contact with skin occurs, the material should be removed with soap and water. If splashes affect eyes, they should be bathed immediately with copious quantities of clean water and if discomfort persists, medical attention should be sought without delay.
