Styroklens is a specially formulated solvent developed to safely dissolve away and emulsify unwanted polystyrene box outs, void formers and inserts.
Simply apply STYROKLENS to the expanded polystyrene and observe as the STYROKLENS visibly eats away and dissolves the expanded polystyrene without adversely affecting the surrounding concrete. The residue can then be easily wiped or washed away with a damp cloth and clean water.
Use in a well ventilated area. By far the easiest method of application is to apply STYROKLENS to the unwanted expanded polystyrene by brush although other methods can be used.
Apply carefully as only small quantities of STYROKLENS are necessary to dissolve quite large volumes of expanded polystyrene.
Whilst the residue is still in liquid form wash off with clean water and wipe with a damp cloth.
If residue has not been cleaned off promptly and it has solidified simply re-activate by reapplying STYROKLENS and clean off promptly with clean water.
STYROKLENS is based in a flammable solvent. Store in a cool well ventilated area.
Keep container tightly closed. Keep away from sources of ignition.
Avoid any build-up of electrostatic charge in the immediate area. Ensure that lighting and electrical equipment nearby are not a source of ignition.
Practically unlimited in sealed containers, and stored in accordance with the recommendations set out above.
STYROKLENS is manufactured by Adomast Manufacturing Ltd and shall be applied strictly in accordance with the manufacturers instructions. For specific advice regarding any aspect of this product, please consult our Technical Department
Prolonged physical contact should be avoided and personal and environmental hygiene encouraged in common with the use of all mould release agents. Where contact with skin occurs, the material should be removed with soap and water. If splashes affect eyes, they should be bathed immediately with copious quantities of clean water and if discomfort persists, medical attention should be sought without delay.
