Adoseal WB Formwork surface & exposed edge protective sealer
High performance aqueous Polyurethane solution for Sealing Plywood
Surfaces & exposed Edge Protective Sealer. Penetrative sealant ideal
for timber, metal & concrete surfaces. Imparts a high quality and
impervious surface lacquer finish & deeply seals any wood fibres.
Significantly helps improve & extend mould and formwork usage, by the
deep sealing of wood fibres and providing a highly abrasive, chemically
resistant coating.
- Easy to apply with a roller or a brush
- Suitable for vertical and horizontal surfaces
- Solvent free coating very low VOC levels
- Surface film has excellent durability and stain resistance
- Adoseal WB has a good water vapour permeability which allows the substrate underneath to breathe.
- Improves formwork release, particularly where difficult features are involved.
- Reduces formwork cleaning and maintenance time
- Suitable for polystyrene surfaces
Surfaces should be clean, free from mould, mildews and other plant growth. Remove any other materials that may prevent adhesion of the Adoseal WB.
Avoid spraying onto windows, doors by masking where necessary.
Surfaces need not be dry but excessive dampness will reduce presentation.
Approx. 5m2 per litre depending on porosity a second coat can be applied at 7-9m2 per litre
Avoid Excessive build up. Thicker applications may lead to discoloration and improper sealer performance.
Store in accordance with health and safety regulations for water borne emulsions. Protect from frost. Reseal after use, if a surface skin has formed remove skin and use residual material as normal.
12 month in the supplied sealed container subject to temperature and humidity.

Adoseal WB is safe to use being water based, non flammable and non toxic. Avoid splashes to skin and eyes. Wash with copious amounts of clean water and seek medical advice if any adverse symptoms persist.
