Adoflow Extra PCE is an extremely high efficiency anionic superplasticiser based on polycarboxylate technology.

Adoflow Extra PCE has applications in mortars, concretes, self-levelling
systems, adhesives and grouts.
Adoflow Extra PCE has a very high deflocculation effect which allows it to
maintain the dispersed state for longer periods as compared to
conventional plasticisers.
Add directly to dry mix at the early stages
of batch preparation. Activation in the wet state is rapid and a minimal
wet mixing time of 2-3 minutes is recommended. Typical dosage rates are in
the order of 0.5%-0.9% of the solution, but evaluation trials are
recommended to establish the optimum dosage
Store in a dry environment (5-35°C).
Adoflow Extra PCE has a shelf life of 2 years when stored correctly
in a dry environment (5-35°C).
ADOFLOW EXTRA PCE is manufactured by Adomast Manufacturing Ltd and shall be applied in accordance with the manufacturers instructions
ADOFLOW EXTRA PCE is non-hazardous in normal use. If splashes should affect the eyes bathe immediately with copious quantities of clean water and then immediately seek medical advice.

ADOGROUT is a powder based plasticising agent and expanding medium. It is combined into a cement based grout prior to adding the hydrating water.

Adoprufe is a concentrated liquid solution of waterproofing chemicals.
When added to a concrete mix it firstly reacts physically to improve wetting properties and ensure uniform dispersion & full hydration of all cement particles.
Secondly it reacts chemically to deposit throughout the mix in all pores and capillaries an insoluble water repellent metallic stearate.
The resulting concrete is not only more dense and stronger but is also waterproof to withstand extremely high water pressures.

The inclusion of ADOFLOW-R in a concrete mix will slow the rate of hydration of the cement, to hold back initial and final set, as well as reduce the peak temperature resulting from the hydration process thereby minimising the risk of cracking.
Due to these characteristics the inclusion of ADOFLOW-R in a concrete mix, as well as providing all the benefits obtained from the use of a standard set plasticiser will also facilitate longer time available between mixing and placing and avoidance of cold joints between pours.
Also pours of greater volume with reduced risk of cracking are achievable.
