A specially formulated non-chloride, non-corrosive liquid hardening accelerator, designed as a concrete accelerator and plasticiser.
It accelerates the setting time of concrete by speeding the cement hydration process and thus increasing the early-age strength of the concrete.

ADOFLOW ACF can also be used to provide safer winter concreting without delays

USAGE:

Typically 1000ml. ADOFLOW ACF to 100Kg Portland Cement added preferably to the gauging water or alternatively add direct into the mixer at the same time as the gauging water after the aggregates and cement have been mixed. A mixing time of at least 30 seconds is recommended after the addition of the admixture.
Dosage rates dependant on mix design, process aggregate type and the desired effect but typically 1 – 5% by weight of cement.
ADOFLOW ACF is suitable for use with all types of Portland Cements.
It is possible that on prolonged storage at very low temperatures a slight sediment may occur in the material. An occasional stir will quickly revert the sediment back into solution. Protect from extreme temperatures.
STANDARDS:
Adoflow ACF conforms to the requirement of BSEN 934-2 and is produced in accordance with ISO 9001 Quality Management Standard.

1 Litre of ADOFLOW ACF per 100Kg of Portland Cement

Store in cool temperature, but above freezing, and stir just prior to use. In the event of freezing, material should be completely thawed and then thoroughly mixed before use.

Shelf life is approximately 1 year.

ADOFLOW ACF is non-flammable and classed as an irritant and is harmful by ingestion. Prolonged contact with skin should be avoided. Any splashes should be washed well with water. If contact with eyes occurs wash thoroughly with water and seek medical advice. In line with normal handling procedures impervious gloves and eye protection should be worn
