Adoflow 540 is a liquid dispersion and compaction agents for coloured concrete and block paving. Adoflow 540 helps to uniformly and consistently disperse coloured pigments throughout concrete. It also contains processing aids which will help intensity the colour of any added colours and helps improve compaction by removing any remaining trapped air within the concrete following  vibrating and tamping of the concrete. This helps reduce the concrete’s overall permeability, which can help improve unwanted effects such as efflorescence.

Adoflow 540 is suitable with all Portland cement based systems and mixes containing PFA and GGBS.

Store at temperatures above freezing but not above 28°C in dry condition and under cover. Should freezing occur completely thaw material at room temperature and then mix thoroughly before use.

If stored in accordance to the above, the shelf life will be 12 months

ADOFLOW 540 is supplied by Adomast Manufacturing Ltd and shall be applied in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions

ADOFLOW 540 is non-hazardous in normal use, but normal handling procedures should be observed. We recommend the wearing of suitable gloves, goggles and overalls when handling and using Adoflow 540

If splashes should affect the eyes bathe immediately with copious quantities of clean water and then immediately seek medical advice.

If in contact with skin wash affected area with copious quantities of clean water and seek medical advice if discomfort persists
