Epoxy Resin Based Surface Sealer

Epomast Crackseal is a two pack, solvent free, low
viscosity Epoxy resin designed for filling cracks and
voids in concrete, brickwork and masonry.
This allows the ready consolidation of structures, and
prevents water and salt ingress, thereby obviating freeze
thaw damage and re-bar corrosion.
For small scale repairs on site Epomast Crackseal may be
part mixed in the ratio of 4:1 by volume (Base to Curing
Agent component).
For large scale injection work, Epomast Crackseal may be
used with automatic proportioning pumps.

Advantages
  • Easy to use
  • Convenient 4:1 volume mix
  • Low viscosity – highly penetrating
  • High strength
  • Excellent bond strengths to concrete, brickwork
    and masonry
  • Suitable for damp or dry surfaces
  • Water and weather resistant
  • Penetrates cracks down to 0.2mm.
Application

Apply the Epomast Crackseal by gravity feed or by
gunning or pumping into the cracks.
Injection flanges may be attached along the crack length
at nominal 150mm intervals using Epomast EPA or
Resomast Polyester Mortar.
For filling voids, simply fill by pouring.
Once the resin has cured it can be ground down to level,
or topped up if the level sinks.

Coverage

The consumption of Epomast Crackseal is very much
dependent on the depth and extent of cracks within the
substrate.

Storage

Store in dry conditions, out of direct sunlight, at
temperatures between 10°C and 25°C.

Shelf Life

Epomast Crackseal has a minimum shelf life of 12
