EpoFloor Seal is a teo pack solvent based expoxy resin which penetrates into the pore structure of concrete or masonry to leave a sealed, surface hardened and dust proof finish with greatly increased chemical resistance. The material is easy to mix and apply and supplied in a 1:1 volume mix ratio.

Surface Preparation:
Remove any dust , oils and greases that are on the surface. Any residual dampness will tend to hinder sealer impregnation. Surfaces should preferably be dry.
Mixing
Consists of a BASE & CURING AGENT which are mixed together in equal volumes – part packs may be mixed as long as the 1:1 ratio is obsreved. Replace the caps on the base and curing agent containers after use to prevent solvent evaporation.
Application:
FloorSeal shall be poured onto the prepared surface and spread using a squeegee or soft roller/brush. taking care to avoid the presence of puddles of material on the surface.
As much sealer shall be applied as the surface will absorb without the appearance of superfluous material on the surface. Precise application rate is dependent on the porosity & texture of the surface.
Do not apply at temperatures below 3°C
Pot Life @20°C is approx 6 hours
Cure Time -allow the first coat to dry/cure for 12-24 hours prior to application of second coat. Light foot traffic may be allowed on the day following application
Allow 2 full days cure prior to full trafficking
Cleaning of equipment : Wash application equipment in Resoklens

6-10m2 per litre first coat and 12-15m2 for the second coat. Overall rate :4-6m2 per litre. Pack size: 10 & 50 litre

Store in dry conditions out of direct sunlight. Flammable material so spark and ignition free environment must be observed

Shelf life is 12 months in original unopened containers

EpoFloor Seal supplied by Adomast Manufacturing Ltd and shall be applied strictly in accordance with the manufacturers instructions.

EPOFLOOR SEAL should be handled carefully and skin contact exposure to high vapour concentrations and ingestion avoided.
Wearing of overalls, gloves and protective eyewear should be considered together with the application of a suitable barrier cream to hands where necessary.
