A Waterproof Pressure – Adhesive PVC Tape for use on all Types of Formwork
Adotape is a matt finish waterproof tape supplied at a width of 50mm.
It offers excellent adhesion to formwork even where residual release agent is present on the form face.
It retains flexibility at low temperatures is also suitable for use at considerably higher ambient temperatures than conventional formwork tapes.
Adotape formwork jointing tape is thinner so not to mark concrete. Adotape is suitable for use with all types of release agents.

A specially developed matt finish waterproof pressure-adhesive PVC tape. For use on all types of concrete formwork in climatic conditions ranging from cold to tropical.
- Excellent adhesion even where residual release agent is present on form face.
- Retains flexibility at lower temperatures.

Ensure surfaces are touch-dry. Apply to formwork prior to use of release agent but in the event of this not being possible wipe area as clean as possible. Apply ADOTAPE along the joint taking care not to cause any undue stretching so as to avoid any possible creep back. Press firmly on to surface and allow ADOTAPE to absorb any residual form release agent before pressure is re-applied to achieve maximum adhesion. The stability of the adhesive prevents sagging and distortion, even when used at high temperatures, unlike some tapes which are available.
