Adoprufe 9005 is a reactive liquid emulsion admixture, designed to impart a high degree
of water repellence in concrete mixes, significantly reducing water absorbency.
Adoprufe 9005 reacts chemically with calcium hydroxide in the concrete to form a water
repellent resin within the concrete pores. Whilst providing high levels of water repellence,
the concrete is still breathable, allowing water vapour to permeate through the concrete.
Vapour permeability is important as it prevents trapped moisture in the concrete. Trapped
moisture can lead to spalling causing damage and compromising the concrete integrity.

TAdoprufe 9005 has applications in a wide range of concrete application including block
paving, concrete bricks and blocks, precast concrete, external renders, and mortars.

ADOPRUFE should be protected from frost. Containers must be kept sealed after use. The product may require mild agitation before use if stored for more than 6 months.

Adoprufe 9005 is supplied in 1000Kg IBCs and 200Kg drums and 25kg jerry cans.
Adoprufe 9005 should be stored in cool dry conditions. Unopened containers have a
minimum shelf life of 12 months.

Prolonged physical contact should be avoided and personal and environmental hygiene encouraged in common with the use of all chemicals Where contact with skin occurs, the material should be removed with soap and water. If splashes affect eyes, they should be bathed immediately
with copious quantities of clean water and if discomfort persists, medical attention should be sought without delay.
