Spray applied chemical release agent for all types of impermeable formwork to give a stain-free, superior concrete finish and release.

Used where forms are struck after more than 18 hours at ambient temperature.

ADOLEASE PREMIUM

Concrete Release Agent (BCA Category 5)

Premium grade chemical release agent for use in place of ADOLEASE in confined areas with poor ventilation.

ADOSTRIKE

Concrete Mould Oil (BCA Category 2)

A special blend of oils with highly active surfactants that give excellent release with no staining.

Can be used on all types of formwork but particularly suitable for sealed or unsealed plywood.

Use when early or normal striking times are employed.

Produces stain-free surfaces and is WRAS Approved for use in potable water schemes.

Coverage: 20-30m² per litre.

ADOSTRIP

Contractors Mould Oil (BCA Category 2)

For general site use to achieve easy formwork release. The oil forms a physical barrier between the formwork surface and the concrete.

Surfactants help to minimise blowholes.

Provides clean, uniform, stain-free surfaces and is WRAS Approved for use in potable water schemes.

Coverage: 20-30m² per litre.

ADOTARD MF

Mould-applied Concrete Surface Retarder

A latex emulsion paint that adheres to the form face and retards the set of concrete in immediate contact, allowing laitance to be brushed/washed away the following day.

Produces an exposed aggregate finish suitable for use as a mechanical key for construction joints or as a decorative feature.

Coverage: 12-15m² per litre.

Packaging: 25 litre and 5 litre.

EXPOTARD TF

Spray-on Top Face Retarder

Designed for spray application to the top face of horizontally cast concrete.

Produces an exposed aggregate finish suitable for keying a construction joint or to enable excellent bonding of subsequent coatings or toppings.

Coverage: 3-5 m² per litre.

Packaging: 25 litre and 5 litre.

ADOFILL

Patch Repair Resin Compound

Two-part polyester filler available in either Natural, Dark Grey (DG) or Dark Teak (DT) versions to suit common formwork colours.

Use on wood, fibreglass or metal formwork for repairs to surface damage.

Easily worked and sanded. Compatible with release agents.

Packaging: 8Kg and 2Kg packs.

ADOLAC

Urethane Alkyd Lacquer

For timber formwork, floors, woodwork, etc. Brush applied to seal untreated timber formwork surface prior to mould release agent application.

Higher flashpoint than ADOSEAL.

Thin using RESOTHIN and clean equipment immediately with white spirit or use RESOKLENS if material has commenced gelling.

Coverage: 7-9m² per litre, depending upon porosity.

Packaging: 25 litre, 5 litre and 1 litre.

ADOSEAL

Polyurethane Formwork Lacquer

Single-pack, moisture curing, polyurethane sealer. Brush applied to seal untreated timber formwork surface prior to mould release agent application. Thin using RESOTHIN and clean equipment with RESOKLENS.

Coverage: 7-9m² per litre, depending upon porosity.

Packaging: 25 litre, 5 litre and 1 litre.

ADOWAX

Wax-Based Sealer & Release Agent (BCA Category 7)

A blend of waxes in a hydrocarbon solvent that, when applied to formwork, gives an excellent seal and can be used for release.

Coverage: 10-12 m² per Kg for impervious surfaces, 4-6 m2/Kg for absorbent and rough surfaces.

Packaging: 20Kg keg.

FORMCOAT CLEAR & RED EDGE SEALER

Water-Based Sealer System

A new concept in polyurethane chemical engineering, this water based system is ideal for use on timber, metal and concrete surfaces, particularly in the formwork and concreting industry.

WRAS Approved for use in potable water schemes.

Coverage: 7-9m² per litre per coat, depending upon surface.

Packaging: 25 litre and 5 litre packs.

RESOTHIN

Thinners for ADOSEAL and ADOLAC

Adjusts the viscosity of ADOSEAL and ADOLAC by the addition of up to 10% by volume.

ADOFOAM

Foam Groutcheck Tape

Oil and water resistant, closed cell PVC foam tape, for sealing inaccessible joints during formwork erection.

Provides grout tight seal with only 30% compression.

Roll Dimensions: 6mm thick, 12mm wide x 12m long roll.

Packaging: 40 rolls to a carton.

ADOTAPE

PVC Formwork Tape

A high tensile strength, matt finish, oil and damp tolerant tape. Pressure sensitive adhesive gives extra grab and clean sides to tape.

Compatible with release agents. Standard colour is Grey.

For preventing grout loss on all types of formwork.

For joining polythene DPM in approved manner.

Roll Dimensions: 50mm wide x 30m long roll.

FOAMFIL

Gap filling, fast setting adhesive foam

A single-pack aerosol, expanding foam. Fills irregular-shaped holes in formwork, cut-outs, etc.

Also suitable for fixing door and window frames and sealing gaps around pipes and ducts.

Coverage: Approx. 50 litres per 750ml canister.

Packaging: 12 x 750ml canisters to a carton.
